About Anna
Anna graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto. Her training is in Swedish massage using techniques including myofascial trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, and connective tissue massage. Anna’s practice encompasses relaxation massage for general wellness, therapeutic massage for relief of pain, and deep tissue work to ease connective tissue restrictions. Anna has enjoyed helping her patients achieve a more balanced state of wellbeing since joining the team at Bond Wellness in 2007.
