“If you're looking for a clinic that combines expertise, encouragement, and genuinely excellent customer service, I can't recommend Vitality Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre enough. 💯 Angie is incredibly knowledgeable. She didn't just help me get back to my regular activities; she took the time to explain the mechanics behind what was happening and how the treatment and movement therapy would help. And never once did she let me believe that my age was a limiting factor in my recovery. Props to that. 🤜🏻🤛🏻 A huge shoutout as well to Jacob, who guided me through the exercises with endless encouragement and somehow managed to make physio exercises feel less awkward and, dare I say, even a little fun. 🤏🏻 The entire experience has been positive - from booking appointments and rescheduling when life got in the way, to the treatments themselves and the ongoing support.
