-- As your therapist, I strive to create an environment where you feel seen and heard – comfortable to explore your roots through a collaborative and supportive environment. I strive to see the person beyond the problem by recognizing our inherent strengths, talents, and passions as humans to facilitate meaningful change.
My clients are typically adults struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, burnout, body image issues, disordered eating, and life stressors. My approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, inner child healing, and trauma-informed practices. Using a client-centered approach, we will reconnect you with yourself, and foster self-acceptance, self-compassion, and empowerment.
I believe that you are not something that is broken or in need or fixing, but one that is in need of finding... let’s find you together! I’m here to support you through every step of the way into feeling like yourself again and building a life that is meaningful and authentic to you. I look forward to meeting with you!
