Andrenea graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, receiving her diploma for completing the 2500hr full time program She focuses on therapeutic massages which means she treats a variety of conditions from chronic pain, headaches, tight aching muscles, to sprains/strains, tendinitis, frozen shoulder, sciatica and many other injuries.
Andrenea believes in taking her time in releasing muscles effectively to help you with your issue.
She also believes in assessment before and after treatment so she can deliver an effective massage.
Andrenea will work with you during your time to develop a plan so you can achieve your goals, whether thats increasing mobility, decreasing tension and pain, or breaking down adhesions among other things. To do this she uses many different techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, myofascial techniques, active and passive stretching, as well as being a Graston provider.
Andrenea does not focus on relaxation massages
Andrenea grew up on the North Shore playing lots of sports such as basketball, soccer and rugby. Before becoming an RMT Andrenea was a BCRPA Personal Trainer for 14yrs and taught classes at various locations across the North Shore.
During her free time Andrenea loves to weight train, run the trails of the North Shore and explore National Parks!
