About Anastasia
Anastasia Yarulina is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from York University and a Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
Before entering clinical practice, she spent almost a decade working as a personal trainer, helping clients build strength, improve movement, and gain confidence through individualized training. This experience deepened her understanding of human movement and the relationship between the body’s structure and function, which continues to influence her approach to patient care.
With a background spanning kinesiology, strength coaching, and lifelong dance, Anastasia brings a movement-focused perspective to osteopathy. She enjoys understanding why the body has adapted the way it has and helping patients develop more efficient movement patterns that support lasting comfort, confidence, and physical performance. Her clinical approach is guided by osteopathic principles and informed by years of studying functional anatomy and human movement, along with extensive experience helping people improve their physical function. Through detailed osteopathic assessment and manual treatment, she works to identify the underlying mechanical restrictions contributing to pain and dysfunction while restoring mobility, improving function, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. Her goal is to help patients move more efficiently in everyday life, work, and sport.
Anastasia believes that treatment should give people the confidence to trust their bodies again. Whether the goal is returning to sport, staying active, or simply moving through everyday life with greater comfort, she strives to help patients move with greater ease and continue doing the things they love.
