Amelia is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with a strong background in health, movement, and athletic performance. A former personal trainer, she brings a deep understanding of the body into every treatment, helping clients recover from injury, improve mobility, and support long-term physical well-being.
She graduated from Bryan College and has received advanced Thai massage training under Orachon. Her approach integrates assisted stretching, mobility work, and mindful pressure, allowing her to work effectively with active individuals, athletes, and those recovering from accidents or physical strain.
Amelia tailors each session to the individual’s goals, working collaboratively with clients to address pain, injury, and movement limitations. She provides Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and Thai massage, supporting recovery, flexibility, and performance through thoughtful, goal-oriented care.
