About Amanda

Amanda is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honours from the International Academy of Massage in 2023. She is passionate about helping clients manage pain, improve mobility, and stay active doing the things they love. Amanda has additional training in acupuncture within her RMT scope of practice and Graston Technique Level 1. With a background in CrossFit and previous experience as a CrossFit coach, she has a strong interest in strength training, running, mobility, nutrition, and overall physical performance. Outside of the clinic, Amanda enjoys weight training, running, and mobility work. She believes treatment should help clients not only feel better, but move with confidence and continue doing the activities they enjoy.
