Amanda Budgell is a Registered Massage Therapist now accepting new clients in St. John’s. Amanda grew up in Newfoundland, but lived away in Toronto and Halifax in early adulthood. After working in Administration and Childcare, Amanda returned home to St. John’s and studied at Academy Canada to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. There she quickly developed a passion for treating clients in student clinic and community outreach opportunities. Amanda’s treatment style focuses on blending relaxing techniques, fascial work, deep pressure, and manual stretching to achieve optimal results for her clients. She is also cupping certified and looks forward to incorporating this form of therapy into her treatment planning. Amanda believes that recovery can be achieved through professional clinical treatment combined with focused self-care. Equipping her clients with strategies to continue their recovery at home is empowering. Amanda practices self-care by staying hydrated, participating in Pilates, playing with her cats, listening to Audiobooks, and spending quality time with loved ones.
