I have always loved working with others and listening to their stories. It is a true honour to witness people’s vulnerability and growth within the therapy space. I believe in using an integrative, client-centered approach to find the best therapeutic fit—whether for you or your child. I offer both talk-based and play-based therapy, often incorporating creative modalities such as play, art, sand tray, and tabletop role-playing games (such as Dungeons and Dragons). I also run tabletop role-playing groups to support growth in social flourishing, problem-solving skills, emotional regulation, and identity formation. My role is to walk alongside you as we embark on a journey of self-discovery, reflection, and meaningful change. I am a neurodivergent affirming and a 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly therapist.
