I believe counselling can provide a space to step away from the noise, better understand your thoughts and experiences, and develop greater clarity around the actions and changes that feel meaningful to you.
You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to counselling. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, relationships, school or career pressures, or simply trying to understand where you want to go next, having a space where you can speak openly and feel heard can be an important first step. My role is to work alongside you to explore patterns, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools that can help you move through challenges with greater confidence and build a life that feels meaningful to you.
Born and raised in Vancouver, I have a particular interest in how digital spaces and communities can become meaningful parts of our identities, relationships, and sense of belonging. I hope to bring curiosity, openness, and a genuine willingness to understand the experiences that matter most to you.
