Alex is a Grant MacEwan Massage Therapy Graduate registered with good standing as a member of the MTAA. She is trained in using a variety of techniques for both relaxation and therapeutic massage to ensure an effective and fulfilling treatment for her clients. Alex’s specialties include myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, and knowledge in remedial exercise for homecare. Alex enjoys to spend her time drawing, reading, collecting, and hanging with her cat Nebs. She has taken up crocheting and embroidery recently and is also thinking of getting back into fitness kickboxing!
