I have had the good fortune to be looked after by Kelly and Alex on a couple of occasions to help me back from injury. I am very active and play a lot of golf and pickleball. As most people will experience, sometimes we get injured and it takes us away from our passions. Fortunately, I have learned to get injuries assessed and get on a rehab plan early for the best results. Alex is very experienced and thorough and is excellent at explaining exactly what the issue is and what the plan will be to get back to full activity. Being an athlete himself, he is fully aware of how badly we want to be healed and back to our passions. Kelly is a gem and runs the place like a well oiled machine. Going there is like visiting family. However, with their help the visits will be few and far between. Thanks again for your great work!!

I cannot recommend Alex and the team enough. I have been working with Alex since before my surgery and throughout my post-operative recovery, and he has been incredible every step of the way. Alex is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients’ progress. He created a training and rehabilitation program that was tailored to my recovery and always took the time to explain everything clearly. On the days when I was feeling discouraged or struggling, Alex’s motivation, encouragement, and positive attitude helped me stay focused and keep moving forward. The progress I have made has exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Alex’s guidance and support, I now feel about 80% recovered and stronger every week. He has given me the confidence that I can fully complete this recovery journey. If you’re looking for the best place for rehabilitation, this is it. The level of care, expertise, and personal attention is outstanding. Thank you, Alex, for everything you have done for me. I look forward to finishing my recovery journey with your help.
