Alanna is a Registered Acupuncturist, Certified Sports Medicine Acupuncturist, Nutritionist, and Reiki Practitioner. She has done additional training in facial acupuncture, microneedling and intraoral massage for conditions like TMJ.
As a Registered Acupuncturist trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she treats not only physical pain and injury, but also internal concerns such as digestion, hormones, fertility, stress, and many other systemic conditions.
She completed advanced Sports Medicine Acupuncture Certification in San Diego through one of the most comprehensive programs available, including extensive hands-on clinical work and cadaver dissection. This in-depth anatomical training allows her to treat both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Through her own health journey, she developed a strong interest in nervous system health and the role stored stress and trauma play in chronic symptoms. She understands the importance of creating safety within the body and works gently to support regulation, resilience, and healing.
Her intention is to support the body’s own innate intelligence and help patients return to balance in a grounded, compassionate, and empowering way.
