A.J. has always been an advocate of health and wellness which lead him to acquire his undergraduate Honours degree in Biological Sciences at University of Guelph. He furthered his knowledge of the body by studying Massage Therapy at CCMH in Cambridge, which he graduated with honours. This further fueled his passion in health promotion and increased his desire to work with individuals to help enhance their quality of life. A.J. strives to provide the best possible care through a variety of massage techniques including; Swedish Massage, as well as advanced techniques such as Deep Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and many more catered to you. A.J. is particularly prepared to treat all athletes and those who gravitate towards exercise and fitness routines.
