About Adelaide

Adelaide is a Physiotherapist Assistant (PTA) at Empower MVMT. She completed her diploma at Conestoga College and has had the chance to work in a variety of clinical settings. In addition, Adelaide has taken specific courses in clinical pilates focusing on rehabilitation and movement that can work for clients of any age and ability. Outside of work, you can often find her enjoying the outdoors (hiking, golfing, kayaking, walking her dogs etc.) or spending time with her family and friends!
