My favourite part of therapy is connecting with my clients (if you’ve ever thought that you’re just another spot on a therapist’s calendar, please know – you are so much more). And within that trusting connection stem the impactful conversations and emotional shifts that make a difference.
When my clients tap into a new insight that leads them to approach stuck situations differently, I’m reminded how profound the payoffs in therapy are.
Whether we are addressing practical day to day concerns, or uncovering the complex core needs and conflicts that keep us locked into certain patterns, I am convinced that therapy can be a game changer for so many.
