Abby is a 2024 graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and looking to build her practice as a Registered Massage Therapist here in the Comox Valley.
Though she is new to the field of massage, she is not new to health care.
Abby completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2014 and with eight years of nursing experience behind her, she is able to view people in a holistic way that helps treat the person and not just the injury.
Her massage practice is led with intent, ensuring to work with the individual to create a treatment plan that is acceptable to both parties. She likes to blend therapeutic work into a relaxation approach with the use of myofascial techniques throughout her treatments.
Abby likes to focus on specific work with muscle adhesions and soft tissue restrictions throughout the body to improve functional movement.
