“Not happy with how they handle their customers and booking policy. Because I didn’t get back to their 3 calls during my work hours for an appointment I made and confirmed last week, they stated they would cancel it tomorrow if they don’t hear by 6pm. As I don’t get off until 4:30, I open my phone to the appointment being cancelled via text because they called me 3 times today during my work hours I couldn’t “confirm” in their timely manor. “The environment is clean, bright and welcoming. Not to mention the ladies who were at the front desk were very kind! I saw Becky for a hair appointment and I was not disappointed! Becky took the time to share helpful tips on how to curl my hair and suggested hair products that would be beneficial for me. “I came to this location to get my wedding nails done and I will say it was a pleasant experience inside the facility. But when I got home and really had a chance to look at my nails, I’m really noticing the problems. They’re all completely different shapes, some of them are crooked, some of the hearts are smaller on each nail, some seem to be bumpy or going downward on my finger instead of straight, some nails don’t match because of the lack of glitter and I can see my nails through the fake nail. When I left they were really sharpe and I had to dull them down with the file when I left. So I’m not too pleased with how they turned out. From far away, they look OK but then taking a closer look I feel I need to go get them redone.”Read moreShow less
