“Amazing spot for those in the west end looking for thermal spa experience. I spent a glorious and relaxing day getting a massage and lounging by the pool and had a hard time leaving! The perfect option for a staycation, highly recommend!”

“I went today with my boyfriend and his mom and it was lovely! Everything was so clean and it was the perfect little spot for a spa day. There are two hot tubs, a pool, a cold plunge, two saunas, a steam room and lots of little spots to sit and relax. I will definitely be going back again!”

“This is my second visit. First one was in the winter time and I had received a head massage. Amazing!!! Brought my son and husband with me on this 1st of July and spent the morning relaxing. It is quite a hidden little jewell in Carleton Place. Will definitely be back! Thank you!”

“Enjoyed for a friend’s surprise party. A group of 8/9 people were able to squish into the space to enjoy the morning. Beautiful faux greenery and fake pineapples adorned the pool area, and vibrant green astroturf made the quiet sitting area more peaceful. The trailer in the back has a nice calming mural painted on it to make it more beachy. The change rooms are rather small and they are lacking enough full length mirrors, for a group to get ready. But the ambiance in the change rooms is nice. With coffee available to soak in the hot tub, float in the pool and rest in the sauna becomes relaxing. You will hardly notice the highway noises even on a busy day as they have speakers playing water noises to drown out those sounds. I plan to come back.”

“Spent the morning here on a girls’ day outing with two adults and two children (age 6 and 7). It was so peaceful and relaxing and the girls had a blast. It was just the four of us in the whole space, which was an extra treat. The setup is very nice and we appreciated the more compact space as it allowed us to keep an eye on the girls but still enjoy the hot tubs and saunas as adults. I really appreciate that this venue allows for children to enjoy the thermal spa experience. We did speak with our kids beforehand about being well-behaved and calm (ie no screaming/yelling/splashing) as we wanted to preserve the serene environment, and they were happy to oblige.”

“Ive been to the spa a handful of times and every time I leave feeling the best version of myself! (And always have a good nap after haha) Ive received many treatments from lots of the girls and even brought my boyfriend for massages and the thermals twice now. Every service has been a 10/10 and everyone is so sweet and kind to us! The entire spa is clean and very relaxing. Jessica gave me the best facial and the clearest skin I’ve ever had. Chelsea has hands like magic both me and my boyfriend felt amazing afterwards. Nicole gave an excellent deep tissue massage and is a super kind soul when helping with booking! All the ladies are super sweet and always a good chat! Definitely go try it out you won’t regret it!”

“I had such a wonderful and relaxing experience at Winners Retreat Boho Thermal Spa in Carleton Place. The place has a beautiful, calming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable and at peace. My massage therapist, Chelsea Lloyd, was amazing. She was very professional, attentive, and really listened to what my body needed. The massage helped release so much tension, especially in my shoulders and back. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and lighter. You can really tell that Chelsea cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend both Chelsea and Winners Retreat Boho Thermal Spa if you’re looking for a place to truly relax and recharge. I will definitely be coming back!”
