“I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and Sophia has been extremely therapeutic in helping me with handling this change in my life. I feel very comfortable disclosing my internal thoughts with her and I think that Sophia hits the right balance of providing affirmation and challenge to her patients so that they can better themselves.
