“I started seeing Coni at the beginning of this year. After going through many counsellors & therapists in my teens and early 20s, I had kinda given up on finding someone that would actually help me. However, I figured I would give it another try, and I am so glad I did. Coni has helped me so much, I have already done a lot of reading, watched videos,& researched a lot of self-help/development content, so I have a fair amount of knowledge and a had done a lot of self reflecting and shadow work prior to seeing her; she helped to expand this along with planting new seeds and asking questions or giving explanations that have helped me recognize certain patterns, behaviours, etc. She is calm, a great listener (I chat a lot in my sessions lol), and funny too. I would recommend Willow Creek Counselling to anyone seeking support for their mental health and well-being. Thank you Coni !!”
