“I've utilized many counselling services over my lifetime but William & Associates was by far the most empowering, inspiring, and rewarding. Never have I encountered a counselling service where I felt so comfortable and understood. “I have been attending William and Associates counseling since they first opened and have been receiving counseling from Susannah joy Schuilenberg. I can not imagine a better Trauma counselor to have seen. ( I have seen many over the years) I have severe CPTSD among other issues and the help and counseling I received in her care then and now is nothing less than exceptional. I have healed , grown and just become all around better since starting my counseling with Susannah, its been one of the most important appointments on my calendar each month, I have never met anyone so well equipped to handle the extreme Trauma I have suffered , much appreciated as without her guidance and vast knowledge on the subjects she is well versed in I do not believe I would be the woman I am today. I can raise my family, go out into public and interact with others as I was quite unable to do before therapy with Susannah Schuilenberg, its saved my life quite frankly attending her sessions. Their office also offers many many other services and counselors that work in their accredited business that has received awards and is recognized among Kelownas growing community. Susannah joy Schuilenberg really has changed me, in the best way possible and I highly recommend going to her and anyone else at William and Associates counseling. They have recently moved their office downtown and are opening up soon with more services to offer to our community , I cannot wait till they reopen so I can continue my professional counseling with Susannah, its really is a place that makes you feel at home and is also affordable, they do their best to help those who need it as it can be expensive, I really can't say enough good things about this business , I hope this helps anyone looking for good Trauma counseling and many other forms of counseling that is provided at William and Associates counseling as well. “Anxiety is present in everyday life especially in the workplace, and a definite catalyst that causes stress. We invited Williams and Associates into our office for a Lunch ‘N’ Learn to learn more about what exactly anxiety is and how to manage it in a productive way. We learned about facts and myths of anxiety, practicing CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) exercises to manage anxiety when it occurs and we learned that anxiety is normal to experience. Dr. Susannah-Joy Schuilenberg gave us a clear understanding with simple methods all while being a joy to have in our office.
