“I am truly grateful for the excellent care I have received over the past two years by Dr. Jerome Wong. As I've gotten older and dealt with recurring and on-going joint issues, chiropractic treatment has become an important part of helping me stay active and comfortable. Most recently, I had been struggling with pain around my left SI joint for about two months. Simple movements like getting out of bed, turning over at night, and certain twisting motions would trigger a pulling pain and stiffness. After my adjustment, I noticed immediate relief. The restriction induced by locked pulling pains in my lower back, sacrum, and hip area eased significantly, and even the surrounding muscles felt more relaxed. What I appreciate most is the practitioner's ability to identify the problem and provide effective treatment. The improvement I felt was real and effective, helping me stay healthy and active. “My experience at whitby physiotherapy and rehabilitation was beyond fantastic! Munpreet PT was more than just a therapist for my bakers cyst in my knee, he helped me process a new Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis. He gave so many insightful tips to work through this new way of moving my body and how to life with this diagnosis. The physio tech were beyond fantastic too always checking in and providing support too! HIGHLY recommend coming here!”

“I had multiple injuries to my hip,leg,shoulder and arm from being hit by a careless driver while walking to my car in a parking lot. I was taken to the hospital in an ambulance where I had cat scans and x-rays done. My insurance company sent me to MacKenzies where I was told that they were chiropractors and I thought that I would receive expert analysis on my injuries. They received $150 per hour 3 times per week for 10 months. That's nearly $20,000 to use a treadmill that must have been 20 years old and a excercycle that looked like it was found on the side of the road. I researched their names on the ontario chiropractor list and they never heard of them . They're not trained professionals and they don't have a clue how to do physio therapy. They need to be investigated for fraud. They were rude and very unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs.”

“Over the last few weeks, I have been working with Afshan to overcome an issue I have. With her pleasant personality and commitment to improving my outcome, I'm am seeing a marked improvement. Afshan reviews my progress and always questions me about my consistency with exercises and is concerned with any challenges, pain, or questions I may have. She adjusts my exercises to accommodate on a weekly basis as well as gauging my strength and mobility on my weekly appointments.
