He took the time to understand where my pain was coming from and explained everything clearly, which showed how knowledgeable and experienced he is. Omar is professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what he does. He knew exactly how to target the problem areas while making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I left feeling so much better and with much greater mobility in my neck. I highly recommend Omar to anyone dealing with muscle tension or pain. “I lucked into a last-minute appointment with Caleigh and it was an amazing experience. She did a thorough assessment, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. She used techniques I hadn’t tried before that really helped, and gave practical advice on treatment frequency, stretches, and daily habits. The tables are also the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced—perfect support and positioning. “I had booked a massage with TJ for the next morning and was able to be accommodated. I have a difficult time with chronic neck and back pain and was not expecting such a positive experience. I’ve had massages before, but TJ did an exceptional job. After the session, I was able to stand straighter and with significantly less pain than I’ve ever experienced after a massage. “I’ve been a loyal client of Whitby Massage Therapy Clinic for years, and I’ve even recommended several people to them without hesitation. My husband was supposed to be my next referral, but he missed his appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, and I was still charged $120. When I called to discuss it with the manager, he showed no concern or flexibility. After all the years of loyalty, this was disappointing. “I had a session with Justin today and he was great. When you step inside, it is clean, serene, and calming. They ask you to remove your outdoors shoes. That’s cool. Justin is a great therapist and I will visit again with him. Great pressure and really assessed the areas I needed help in—those pesky traps and hams. My only critique is the outside. It was weedy and unkept. I know they are building next door, but the area around the door and back walkway could be serviced. I think it just helps with the visual aesthetics.
