CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, except in cases of illness, true emergency, or inclement weather. Cancellations must be made through your Jane profile to ensure sufficient notice and avoid charges. Phone messages or emails left on weekends, holidays, or outside business hours may not be received in time and may result in a full charge.
A credit card on file is required for online booking and will not be charged at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee . While we will make every effort to fill the appointment and avoid a charge, this is not always possible.

DIRECT BILLING to select extended medical insurers, RCMP , and VAC is available though our practitioners don’t all bill to the same insurers If you require us to direct bill on your behalf, visit our direct billing page and refer to the practitioners bios to see which insurers each will bill to.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not direct bill to ICBC or WCB.

“I strained my neck in the gym yesterday, and I called in to see if I could come in today to see someone on short notice. Nicole called me back promptly to fill in a no show. As someone that has been strength training for over 20 years and has received many deep tissue massages, Nicole surpassed my expectations. Her holistic approach was unlike anything I had ever experienced before. Even as I write this review, the intense pain I was experiencing in my lower neck/upper back several hours ago is all but disolved. “I recently booked a massage therapy session with Nicole, hoping to get some relief for my back pain. Unfortunately, the experience was not helpful and did not relieve my discomfort at all. During the session, I mentioned several times that the pressure was too light and asked if she could apply a bit more pressure because I didn’t feel she was targeting the areas that needed attention. Unfortunately, nothing really changed throughout the session. The massage ended exactly at the scheduled time, and afterward she mentioned that her style of massage is generally very soft and that she doesn’t usually apply deeper pressure. I wish this had been communicated at the beginning of the appointment, as I specifically needed something more therapeutic for my back pain. Had I known beforehand, I would have chosen a different therapist or type of massage. It was disappointing to spend the money and leave without any relief.”Read moreShow less
