“Had An eye exam at the Brighton location of Costco. The staff were friendly and competent. The optometrist, Dr. Bobby Chai, Was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.”

Dr Jesse Ning is friendly, down to earth, laid back and very easy to speak to. He had helpful information to share that we hadn't heard from previous Drs. “I had an excellent experience with Dr. Wang. I needed a complicated employment eye exam form filled out, and Dr. Wang went above and beyond to get it done right. “I had a very positive experience at WestCoast Doctors of Optometry. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The service was efficient, and the entire team demonstrated genuine care and attention to detail. My Doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I received excellent customer service and felt well taken care of. “I hadn't been in to see Dr. Leung for 3 1/2 years instead of my usual 2 year visit. She remembered me, and was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I really appreciated that since I came in with a problem. She was very thorough in her testing and took the time to explain what she was doing, and why. I came away feeling very comfortable with my visit, which is not the norm any more when you visit a Doctor's office. I feel very lucky to have her as my Optometrist. Thank you!”Read moreShow less

“I had an incredibly frustrating experience with West Coast Doctors of Optometry (located inside the Brighton Ave Costco). This is a poorly managed operation that seems to hide behind the Costco brand name while lacking any professional standards. My appointment was canceled the same day it was scheduled. When I spoke to the administrative assistant, Alisha, to ask for the reason and the doctor's name, she told me I was supposed to see a Dr. Jesse Ning. They offered me a 12:30 PM slot instead, but when I arrived for that new time, the doctor had already left for the day. To make matters worse, I received a callback from a general office agent shortly after I expressed my disappointment. This person gave me a completely different name, claiming the optometrist was actually a Dr. Wang. The fact that they can't even keep their doctors' names straight when speaking to a patient is a massive red flag. This rating is addressed to both Dr. Jesse Ning and Dr. Wang. This is a "two-bit" operation that has zero respect for the time of families or busy professionals. The only thing this clinic has going for it is its physical location inside Costco, on their own, their lack of organization and accountability would be clear to everyone.
