“I have been going to this practice for a few years now. There's been a noticeable difference in the level of professionalism in the office. They don't call to remind you that it's time for your cleaning. I was using a number to text to set up appointments, etc. They cancelled the number unbenounced to me and ,I'm sure, a lot of other patients. When I sent an email, they simply told me that we got rid of that number. I said that's the only way I was communicating with you and have been waiting for a response for a long time. I was overdue for my cleaning by the time someone emailed me back in response to my email. I told the receptionist the difficulty in reaching the office and she said did the office manager reach out to you? I said she did not. There seems to be a lack of accountability there. There's a new dentist who popped her head in when I was having my cleaning and kept calling me 'dear'. I find that disrespectful and demeaning and it's highly unprofessional for a dentist to referring to patients in that manner, especially being the first interaction with me. I asked for a 4:30pm appointment and they said 'they don't work that late' so they had an opening three months later. Upon checking their website, they have this written 'Evening & Saturday Appointments Our schedule works with your busy life.' Clearly, this statement does not ring true and is false advertising. These are the hours posted on their website so take caution relying on these hours as they don't seem to be correct or in alignment with their statement above. Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm and 8:30am-3pm on Saturdays.”Read moreShow less

“I was only here with my mom who was getting her first visit but the staff are very kind, friendly and helpful and the environment is very stylish, clean and welcoming. While small, there's a bathroom right outside the door so that's convenient and the patients are greeted with a kind familiarity which is important to my own personal health care.”Read moreShow less
