I understand being busy, but clear and respectful communication is important, especially when messaging a potential client. Because of the interaction, I decided not to move forward. “I’ve been coming to this location for the past 5 months, however, due to a recent experience I will never be coming back to this business again. I usually go to Mimi, she is excellent and she’s probably the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. However, I booked a couple’s massage yesterday and I was given a new employee, and to be honest it was the worst massage experience I have ever had my entire life. 1) The employee walked in 10 minutes late and didn’t even acknowledge it, 2) The massage was not a massage, it was too soft and felt like a child was scrubbing my body, and 3) The employee kept talking and going off topic instead of actually performing the massage for the first 20 minutes until I had to politely request for her to stop talking and focus on her work. I’m truly disappointed. I even called and sought some sort of compensation for this experience but the business did not offer reasonable compensation for this experience. “I feel like I’ve been assaulted. My back hurts a lot and my shoulder and arm. The lady was both surprised and offended when I didn’t tip. Definitely going to have bruises tomorrow. Do NOT come here! Jinan did my massage. I asked to go softer multiple times”

“I was driving by around the location and notice this newly open store and decided to give it a try, first this I walk into the store I notice how clean it is and I was greeted with a nice welcome by the owner Nancy. I did 1 hour of body massage and it was amazing, I always had back problems and the massage that I received really helped my back.
