“If you are looking for a caring and personal professional to fix any of your body needs with regards to osteo/physio therapy, I highly recommend Alida. I was fortunate enough to book an appointment with her for back pain and she was thorough in her assessment, took the time to answer my questions and treated me in a way that lead to quick recovery. She also was incredible in her followup after the treatment via emails and phone calls and genuinely cares for her work and patients. Great central location, with ample street parking. “I've been to several places for back and neck treatments and overall it has not been ideal. About a few months ago, I've been getting terrible migraine which affected my day to day routine. Around the same time, I so happened to have came across Alida's website and read about her treatments and role as a therapist. I decided to call and set a consultation to see if she has something she can do to assist my ongoing back/neck pain and now my migraine. It has been several months and all I have to say is I feel a lot better after the treatments. The pain has decreased substantially and I am able to enjoy my day to day tasks. Overall, she is a very attentive therapist and her main goal is to ensure your issues get resolved. For me, it was hard to find someone who understands and tries to assist your needs - as for Alida, she does spend the time to listen to her patients.
