We invite you to book a free initial consultation to speak directly with a therapist and determine if they are the right fit to support your needs. “I've struggled with anxiety and depression my entire life and started speaking to a therapist a few years back. I had a baby during this time and needed to take a break from speaking to someone but when my sister passed away, I needed help again managing my grief, depression and anxiety. I decided not to see my previous therapist because I never really connected with her. My friend is patient there and she suggested I reach out to Vita Psychology. It was literally the BEST decision I've ever made. I really like my therapist and actually feel heard during my sessions. The staff were wonderful too. Highly recommend this place!”
