“Tech park, with the worst wifi and cell service on the Island. Every single person entering the building is tech savvy, yet they struggle to connect. Can't use your Umo card on the bus due to lack of conectvity. Some tech park!”

“Owned by UVIC properties so what do you expect. Only care about profit. Expensive rates for leasing. Does not maintain the building well. Farms parking out to companies that also only care about profit. Gym seems dangerous (equipment not well kept)”

“The land it's situated on is incredibly beautiful, but as the park is owned by UVic expect high prices for food in the cafeteria and parking. Also lately it's been flooded with construction and long delays.”

“A little remote, but has a cafe and is walking distance to Camosun College, which has a student cooking program with good lunches. I think the gym is free for tenant employees. Nice walking trails in the area.”
