“I arrived for a normal and simple appointment and after give all info requested, few days later I saw the Dentist. Everything was okay with his assistant too , till I arrived to the entrance again to decide what will be next step to take after that and I found "two woman's in the office" , one East Indian and the Manager they started to be super loud and threatened me to call security because they was talking and I have practically to be quite rightaway. So shocked , surprised and disgusted. Two woman's against me the patient , and for no reason , terrible experience and not make feel to reschedule any other appointment. I felt in school and not in a dental clinic where is not usually a pleasure be there but suffering for the treatment. Both of you was completely wrong to have such ugly attitude and arrogance. Such sad souls. You cant threatening people / patients , relax lady's and keep breathing instead offend and make patients afraid , such extremely bad negative behavior. You working and you must be professional. Some visit to an analyst I think it gonna be helpful. Dentist lost a patient and I know you dont care! For the East Indian woman is an advise put effort on the spelling and pronunciation too and an advise for both respect others woman if you wanna be respected too in the future. “Really bad experience. I got a filling done here in late April, and it fell out within two months. When I called about this, the receptionist promised to follow up with me the next day — but no one called back, and when I tried to reach them again, no one answered. The dentist did mention that my bite might cause issues later and will not look good, but a filling lasting less than two months is unacceptable regardless. I expected at least some accountability or follow-up, but received neither. Very disappointed with both the quality of work and the lack of solution and communication after.”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Dr. Mark Suyama since 1998. I really like him and he is very professional and kind. I have never had a bad experience with his practice over all those years. His office is very spacious, modern and beautiful.”

“Staff are very kind and friendly. They did a thorough exam, cleaning, and answered all my questions. They were very generous also giving me an electric toothbrush and lots of goodies!”

“I highly recommend seeing Avi, the hygienist. She is incredible at what she does! Before going to her, I had rough experiences which caused me to be nervous and scared of the dental office. However, since almost 2 years ago, I have been seeing Avi for all my cleaning check-up’s. Shes super kind, thorough, and always makes sure that you’re feeling comfortable! Dr. Chen is my primary doctor and she is truly the best dentist ever! She is always greeting each patient with the same bright energy and she’s amazing at what she does. Michelle is also the most kindest and talented assistant that I’ve ever met! Their teamwork is remarkable and I’m always happy to go in for my check-up and dental work. I highly recommend Vancouver City Centre Dental. I’ve been a client for couple years and I’m so happy and lucky to be their patient.
