“Dr. Barone is a very thorough, professional and kind doctor. I have chronic lower back pain and have tried everything but chiropractic. I’m really glad a family member recommended Dr. Barone. I have only had a few treatments and I have some relief in my back pain already. I didn’t even realize how tight and sore my upper back was until I had my assessment and first treatment. “I saw lots of great reviews here so decided to come and treat my neck and back pains. The first visit was okay, Dr Gary helped with initial nerve system scanning and the first treatment, also sent a video to share the results afterwards. So we had an appointment the next day to visit the report and do the second treatment. So my appointment was at 3:15pm, I arrived on time but remembered that the first visit he asked me to wait in the lobby so I waited. Then at 3:30pm he came out from the treatment room and said he didn’t heard me coming in. So I said that was okay. And then he asked me to watch a video and filled in a form in a room and said he’ll be back after the video. So the video took 8mins and I heard he was chatting with the existing customer so I waited, till 4pm, I lost my patience and went to his office asking if it’s my turn or not. And you know what, he said he completely forgot that I was in the room! And then he didn’t really review the form I just filled at all, just asked if I have any questions about the scan result, at this point I really don’t have any questions wanted to ask.
