Excellent customer service and staff. I was particularly impressed by Tao Chen, Massage Therapist (her technique is amazing), Stella Igrisyhti, Acupuncturist and Dr. Newsha Nagasaki, Chiropractor.

“Ruchika” is an outstanding physiotherapist. She possesses excellent diagnostic skills and pinpointed my issue immediately. Her targeted treatment, combined with hands-on clinic sessions and a structured home exercise and stretching routine, provided me with top-tier care. I am very grateful for her expertise and support throughout my recovery. The clinic staff are also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Amanda at the front desk was always kind and helpful, and Nancy, the clinic manager, is an amazing and lovely person who made every visit a positive experience. Thank you all for your care and support!

I have been going at this clinic for months now due pain in my shoulder and arm waiting for MRI I was referred to this clinic by my neurologist and then got into a car accident so I continued at this awesome clinic for my car accident and getting treated for a few things chiro/physio and massage. All the staff are very respectful and understanding on how I feel on each visit. I continue to go for my treatment visits and I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Keep up the great work and services.

This place is great, everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. I've had massages, chiro and physio and can only say good things! Thanks!

I have been here for months before moving to another area. I was referred to treat my lower back, and I had concerned my frozen shoulder so the treatment was for my shoulder. The treatment was reasonable staffs are nice. The devices and place itself look pretty old but nothing bad for the treatment. They have called a few times to let me come back after but nothing too abnormal.

Fantastic clinic. Punctual, clean, quiet, and most important of all - professional and extremely knowledgeable staff!! Absolutely seamless process and good use of phone call reminders and invoicing. Would not hesitate to go back.

Avoid this place at all costs! I was referred here for spinal decompression by my neurologist for back pain related to slipped discs, and compromised nerves. It started out ok, the chiropractor was wonderful and I had my assessment and began treatment. On my third visit, during treatment on the TENS machine a woman entered, didn't introduce herself and began to try to upsell me for more services (acupucture and massage - both of which I had tried with no success at clinic much closer than my one and a half hour drive to this clinic) during my treatment! I thought it strange, politely declined, and then she took me and hooked me up to the spinal decompression machine. I mentioned that the last visit had caused me considerable pain and that the chiropractor had said that she would reduce the weight on the machine this visit. This woman disregarded and I went home in considerable pain for 4 days. Today I went for my next appointment, and it was unbelievably bad, first off I was not informed that I would not be seeing the chiropractor, and that it was a physiotherapist. I began the appointment with the physiotherapist, who had no idea my history, MRI results and proceeded to manipulate my legs in a way that caused me significant pain, only then did she ask about MRI results and diagnosis (it would have been in my chart). She then informed me that she had to do a full assessment and that it would cost more money and take more time because it was a first assessment. I told her that I had already had a full assessment and paid for it previously, and that I was just there for spinal decompression treatment as I had seen a physiotherapist for months which did not help. She said she understood, and was surprised that nobody had discussed the change of practitioner with me when booking the appointment. She went to get the office manager, and who should she return with? The strange, upselling woman from the last visit, who explains to me that this physiotherapist could not put me on the machine without the assessment, which I totally understood....except this office manager had put me on the machine the previous week, so it was clearly just another attempt to upsell me, in a very unprofessional way. So I left, (however when attempting to leave the treatment room, this "office manager" pushed up against the door so as to block my exit, not hard or in a manner to keep there, just to intimidate me to pay the extra money) in pain, and without treatment. This is not about the extra few dollars, nor the extra half an hour of time. This is about the principle that I was there for spinal decompression treatment and was pushed into something else - which my neurologist has not recommended. No trust with the management of this clinic, it is clearly just a place looking to make money without actually helping the patients.
