“Dr.Shuda is the BEST, he’s very knowledgable and was able to relieve my years of tightness and show me my full range of motion after a few exercises. He not only pointed out my inactive muscles, but also showed me how I can strengthen and activate them. I absolutely recommend him and will be coming back more frequently. “My go to place for physiotherapy & massage. Had several issues in the past and the therapy did helped me. An upgrade of the bed used for massage is necessary for better experience.”

“The people here are so amazing. Not only are they young and energized as well as friendly but they make the place somewhere where you want to be. “This place is good. As a professional, I can say the people who work here are just that. From the time you walk in, you are greeted with a friendly and very knowledgeable, informative reception. Next anyone one of the qualified techs will Come to start your therapy. They are also friendly, extremely knowledgeable and want to give the best treatment/exercises for you. To the masseuse, she is great, knows her stuff will get to the muscles that need it and always feels great after one of her massages %100. Then we have Dr Chan, a true pro who knows his stuff and has always had great treatments that are highly effective and essentially avoid surgery. “So I've been coming here since May, to deal with my broken ankle. My PT has been working with me to get me off walking aids pretty aggressively as is the goal.
