“Traveled almost 10 hours from the states to Toronto to see Dr. Levy, per a friend's recommendation - and the travel was well worth the visit! He is very knowledgeable, understands the science behind why the standard pharmaceutical drugs don't always work (treat the symptom rather than get at root cause) and really tries to get the patient to feel better overall - taking a holistic approach rather than piece-mealing or focusing on just one problem. He understands everything in the body is connected and gives recommendations on what he believes will really help the patient - whether lifestyle/diet changes, supplements that will help strengthen and heal those areas/systems in the body that need it most or anything else. It was nice to hear Dr. Levy's own story and personal experience with his health and medical care from when he was growing up as a child, and how he then completely overcame his these and turned his life around after the first few decades of struggles, thanks to functional medicine. “Dr Levy is a life changer - he has treated both my parents, family and close friends, all of whom speak very highly of him. He is extremely knowledgable, very easy to talk to and genuinely cares for his patients. Today was my initial consult with him and after only one hour I have a full plan along with supplements to help me become healthier. After seeing Dr. Mordy, I've come to realize that I wasted my time going to multiple doctors and being prescribed drugs that only made my health worse. From seeing him for one hour, I was able to get solutions from him which I have been trying to get for years from regular doctors.
