“I visited Courtney for the first time last week after I pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder area. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I also struggle with chronic inflammation and ankle stiffness from an old injury. My pain was substantially alleviated by the following days. Courtney was incredibly thorough and diligent. She has an incredible technique and always checked in about the type of pressure I needed. Her studio environment was incredibly relaxing.
