“They continue to be the best dental organization my jaw and I have ever worked with, from front to back. Best scheduling and working with insurance, best hygienists, and remarkable dentists. They will slide you into and out of that chair in the most attentive and friendly manner. “My family and I landed in Vancouver yesterday coming from Ontario for my sisters wedding so as you can imagine already a stressful trip. To add to it my dad was quickly developing a mean tooth infection. The staff at Rise Dental Group were amazing!!! From the first call which was answered right away to the lady on the phone being friendly, kind and knowledgeable. We had a appointment scheduled an hour later. When we got to the office, again just amazing, kind service. Got us all set up, called our dental office at home to get pictures sent over so we wouldn’t have to get them taken again. My dad said the „young guy” who was his dentist and ended up taking the tooth out was also very professional and pleasant. All was over in about an hour. To finish off their fantastic service the front desk lady made sure to direct us to the closest pharmacies since we didn’t know the area.
