“The movement clinic is awesome. It’s conveniently located right inside my gym with a variety of practitioners right at my fingertips. This was especially helpful when I hurt my back. The clinic owner Dave was quick to help me secure an appt with Dr. Tyler who was lovely. He conducted a thorough assessment and provided the necessary treatment to get me back out in the gym safely. I would highly recommend him and all the practitioners at the movement clinic.”

“The Movement HQ has found a niche in the crowded fitness area. Justin's experience really shines as he has something to teach anyone...from a beginner to an athlete. His programming is far superior and more dynamic than other gyms out there who program a “one for all.” Those programs typically results in injury and frustration. His classes are fun too - so it’s a great balance. Whether you are looking for personal training to meet your own goals, or group classes, everyone should give The Movement HQ a try.”
