“I recommend Dr. Mike Newberry at The Back Doctors for anyone with back pain. I came in with lower back pain that was causing me great discomfort. The front office greeting from Maryjane was warm and friendly. Dr. Newberry's examination was thorough and descriptive. After only a few sessions my pain had decreased significantly and I was able to move freely. Several months later he also helped me with a painful shoulder. Not only that but Dr. Newberry also did adjustments on my foot when I began having pain while walking! None of my pain issues were caused by injuries. “I have been treated by Dr. Newberry since 1996. I have some serous issues due to accidents that without his help, I would not be able to work. I have complete trust in him as well as Dr. Simpson. I have always been treated with kindness and a sincere desire to help me. the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing with a great receptionist. “Honestly, they’re amazing at what they do at least Dr. Simpson is. I’ve been going to them for a long time when I was younger and stopped as I wasn’t getting covered. Fast forward I made an appointment and everything went smooth and well I told him I’d be back but due to my schedule and there’s I told them that I would schedule my own when I found the time available. I scheduled an appointment and never got any confirmation as to if my appointment was confirmed for the day and the time that I selected as their booking is very weird online. And quite frankly is outdated… so I called to confirm and got no word back. they didn’t even call me. They used my old file to call my mother!! to confirm with her. as I am a 20-year-old adult who makes my own appointments and has my own set schedule. My mom told the, very rude front desk lady might I add. that I might be able to make it into the day that she said was available, but that there was a good chance that I might be busy with work and that she should contact me then she went on to start saying about how Dr. Simpson has retired…. fast-forward to now he has not retired from there, and the office lady was telling me a bunch of lies as if my money wasn’t good enough And quite frankly probably just wanted to cover her own mistake up and it’s such a shame because out of all the chiropractors I’ve been to he’s the only one who isn’t just after your money and wants you to get better in the long run and tries to make it so then you don’t have to see him and for that if I could, I would give them zero stars if I could that front office old lady needs to go.”Read moreShow less

“I was very apprehensive (terrified to be exact) to the idea of going to the chiropractor. The front desk people are very kind and have pleasant personalities. Dr. Simpson was kind and empathetic to my fear. He is very knowledgeable and quickly made me comfortable and really helped out my many back and neck issues. I highly recommend him as I always said I would never go to a chiropractor. He not only helped me and my pain but gave some good tools to maintain my healing process. “I’ve been a patient of Dr. Simpson since September 2022 and I no longer suffer from CHRONIC HEADACHES! It was a process but with consistency and patience I went from 3-4 headaches a week to 1-2 monthly. I was always an Advil popper to relieve the pain but since I became pregnant that was no longer an option. It was time to address the underlying issue. My treatment started with 2 visits per week, then to once weekly and now once biweekly for maintenance. I cannot express my gratitude enough as this has changed my life drastically.
