I had an injury that was bothering me for a few years when I went to Sarah. She really knows her stuff and gave me a great program that allowed me to keep climbing while rehabbing my injury. I am continuing to climb with more confidence each week. Can’t recommend her enough!

After experiencing a finger injury while training for the ACMG Apprentice Rock Guide exam. Sarah was instrumental in my success during that exam by helping to get my injury to a manageable state while still climbing and training. Sarah understood the assignment as a climber herself, knowing that I had too much invested to just rest and wait for recovery. She set me up with tactics to manage the pain and prevent further injury and gave me instructions on how to continue to load the tendons gradually allowing for recovery while still being able to perform at the level I needed to.

After experiencing a terrifying hand/finger injury while climbing, I met with Sarah for an assessment. This first session with her was the catalyst for regaining my confidence. I am thankful for the way she lives her profession, and helped me get back on track to reaching my goals in climbing.

Sarah is very energetic and pays close attention to details. She provided good exercises and the right solutions to heal from wrist and back pain. She draws on a wealth of knowledge and is one of the most valuable physiotherapists I met.

Sarah is among the best physios I've seen. She’s a partner in recovery— always curious and committed to finding what actually works, not just handing out exercises and moving on. She helped me recover from my unique activities (handstands and other circus training), and I think her background in gymnastics helped her understand what I do in ways that other physios have missed. She tailored exercises that didn’t just heal but also strengthened weak spots I didn’t even know I had. What really sets her apart is how she checks in and genuinely cares about progress. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s as invested in your goals as you are.

Stronger and Pain-Free Thanks to Sarah! Sarah became my guide to a pain-free life. She created a personalized exercise plan that fit my needs perfectly, and I'm feeling so much better. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a fantastic physiotherapist. She's not only knowledgeable and personable, but also very responsive, answering any questions I had outside of appointments. Keep up the good work, Sarah!

Sarah was very thorough with my finger injuries. We did lots of tests and she provided me with a really thorough recovery plan. My fingers are definitely improving as I continue with the proper warm-up and exercises recommended by Sarah. Highly recommend!

I’ve seen a lot of physiotherapists over the years and in my experience, Sarah is the best I’ve been too. It feels like she works together with you in order to figure out what’s going on and how to best approach it, rather than just prescribing exercises every 2 weeks without thought. She’s the only physio that reaches out to me and checks in to see how I’m doing and progressing with the treatment. She’s actively looking to move forward in a positive direction. Her knowledge, expertise and curiosity are top tier and I would recommend anyone who is actively seeking to improve some weak links in their body, to seek out Sarah.

I was impressed by how knowledgeable Sarah is. She gave me exercises to efficiently overcome my injury, allowing me to keep training and climbing. She's also really good at building personalized training plans to work on your weaknesses and improve your performance!

Sarah helped tremendously in my recovery from various injuries. I had a pulley injury, rotator cuff issues as well as wrist weakness. She was great at identifying root causes of my pain and created a thorough and structured plan to address imbalances and rehab these injuries. My recovery and return back to climbing were a lot speedier than I expected! I would highly recommend going to see her as she is very knowledgeable in climbing and is an experienced climber herself!
