“I was honestly quite sceptical at first because my back pain was really bad and I felt like I might need long term treatment. I decided to visit the clinic after reading a review from someone I know, and I’m very glad I did. From the start, the whole experience was smooth and professional. Booking was easy, and the clinic itself is very clean, calm, and welcoming. They take the time to properly assess your condition before starting anything, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in the right place. I genuinely thought my issue would take a long time to fix, but in just three sessions, Maninder almost completely resolved my back pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and clearly very experienced, but what stood out most was how she treats you, with real care and attention, like a family member rather than just a patient. Alongside physiotherapy, I also had massage sessions with Aman, and that made a huge difference. The massage therapy was targeted to my pain points and helped relieve a lot of tension. I started feeling significantly better after each visit and noticed my strength and mobility coming back much faster than I expected. The overall atmosphere is very positive, and you leave each session feeling better, both physically and mentally. I’m very happy with the results and honestly didn’t expect such quick improvement. “From booking to treatment, everything was smooth and professional. The therapists are very knowledgeable and take time to assess properly before starting treatment. The massage therapy helped relieve my pain in the Neck and Back and the physiotherapy exercises and treatment improved my knee and back movement significantly. “This clinic has been a true lifesaver for me! I’ve struggled with lower back pain for over eight years — it used to come and go — but this summer was completely pain-free. Ever since I started seeing Maninder and Aman, my pain has reduced to almost zero. These two women are absolute experts — whether it’s physiotherapy or massage, you simply can’t beat them.
