I had been experiencing an acute case of vertigo, accompanied with nausea for the past 2 years which I had been discussing with my GP and had seen an ENT specialist for. They suspected that my symptoms were related to a neck injury from a motorcycle accident I had prior to my symptoms. My GP then suggested that I schedule an appointment with Symphony, which I did. My appointment was with therapist Geoff, and he was great! He thoroughly explained what the possible causes of the symptoms were, which tuned out to be nothing more that crystals in my inner ear. After performing the Epley maneuver on me, correctly, as I had not been doing it right at home, I left still feeling somewhat symptomatic, which Geoff told me to expect, however over the course of three days my symptoms have completely disappeared and I have relief that I have not had for two years. I fully recommend Symphony to anyone who is serious about addressing these symptoms. Don't wait!!

I have done two intensives with Natasha Wilch, each of which has propelled me forward in ways that no amount of doctors and specialist possibly could. The clinic itself is set up beautifully and has tech that I have not seen anywhere else. The tech at the clinic allows them to assess and treat to a degree that is not possible elsewhere. Even more so Natasha Wilch is experienced at a level that is unparalleled. She uses the latest science and what seems like a dash of magic to treat things in a way that is truly mind blowing and brain changing. She also genuinely cares and brings in a sense of fun and encouragement to the Rehab. I was also very surprised each time how well she was able to read my signs, and prevent the severe pressure headache I get from being overdone. While expectedly tiring, I never was pushed into that place of overdone, not once. I could easily write a novel about the ways Natasha has helped me and the invaluable answers she has provided for me, but this is a review, so I will simply say that I highly recommend Natasha Wilch and Symphony Brain Performance.

I went to Symphony Rehab for a car-accident concussion, and came in with low spirits and no hope. That all changed after seeing Trevor! He is well-informed, compassionate, and supportive through the entire healing process. I would highly recommend his care to anyone struggling with concussion symptoms. I owe him so much gratitude for helping me get back to my version of normal, and I have reached a level of recovery where I feel I can move forward with my goals again. Thank you Trevor, the extremely kind and helpful front desk, and the rest of the Symphony team! You truly are the best! -Hannah

I’ve worked with the therapists at Symphony for the last 6.5 years, recovering from a spinal cord injury. I just finished an intense week with Jonathan, and had amazing results! I’ve worked with Jonathan for the past year, and I really appreciate his creativity with exercises that will help me reach my personal goals. He shares my vision of “let’s see what’s possible”. I’ve had many successes working with Symphony Brain Performance and I’m confident that this team will help me achieve my goals. Thank you! 🙏🏼

I’ve been going to Symphony for several months now and I can’t say enough about the incredible people here. From the reception desk to the therapists to the owner, Natasha, everyone is so kind, and the therapy I’m getting is top tier. I’ve learned more about concussions and post concussion syndrome than I could have ever imagined and slowly but surely I am getting my life back because of the help I’m receiving at Symphony. It’s no wonder they were recommended to me, and I’m so happy to recommend them to anyone needing concussion therapy and/or physio.

Amazing experience. I was in a very stagnant place in my recovery after four months of working with several vision and vestibular therapists. I am very grateful for finding Symphony Brain Performance. I had Rachel as my intensive therapist and could not have had a more productive and beneficial experience. She brought hope to a very tough process and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I would recommend Symphony Brain Performance to anyone going through post-concussion issues. Couldn’t think more highly of Rachel to help with the process.

I could not be more thrilled and thankful for the overall care and service I receive at Symphony and have been incredibly fortunate to work with both Natasha and Rachel. Upon assessment, Natasha uncovered dysfunctions that had been plaguing me and evading my providers for well over a decade. She exceeded my already high expectations, leading everything she does with heart and compassion. I remain in awe of how she harmonizes her expertise in the science so well with her intuition and the power of self compassion in healing. Her natural ability to connect with and hear me on every level was beyond validating, and also helped nurture connection and safety so I could start building trust with myself and the process. The shifts we experienced together even in the early stages fueled more hope than I knew I was in need of at the time. When I needed more frequent treatment with my plan, Dr. Rachel Parker stepped in and I couldn't be more excited and grateful for her taking on such a key role in my healing journey. Rachel is exceptional in every way. Her committment and dedication to my journey has been felt every step (and stumble!) along the way. Impressive skill level aside, I can always rely on her being fully present and attentive; putting me at ease with with her uplifting smile and her calm, fun, and supportive nature. The integrative Mini Intensive model has been life-changing for me. Not only has it propelled my progress but I also have made huge strides in personal growth with gained self awareness and confidence to manage and navigate my days. The guidance and support I receive feels like the teamwork I crave and I always have confidence and trust in the creative and fun challenges Rachel throws my way. In between our Intensives, the Homeprograms prime me for my day and help me feel empowered while maintaining forward momentum. Every little shift from the program feels like magic as these wins translate into meaningful gains throughout each day. I credit the sustainability and progress from these due to the extra effort and personalization that Rachel puts in when developing and monitoring a plan specific for me; one that I look forward to with consistency and enjoy. There is also peace of mind knowing Rachel is open for feedback and ready with modifications if need be. Overall, I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders knowing Rachel and the entire Symphony team are in my corner; always eager and capable to tackle the complexities of my challenges together head on. For this and so much more, I always look forward to our sessions and all the wins we get to celebrate together. Natasha, I will never be able to thank you enough for all your support, including the countless ways you continue to help me grow and embrace this journey. Rachel, I appreciate you immensely and I am forever grateful for all the ways you have made such significant impacts on this journey for me! And as a final note, huge thank you and the loudest of shout outs to the amazing Client Services team at Symphony! Tara, Nicole, and Dorothy are an extra special bunch that deserve so much credit and praise! I am always greeted with the warmest of welcomes and the room is filled with such good energy, smiles and laughter. They communicate and coordinate on a personable and efficient manner with ease. I always feel well looked after and appreciate their presence and help so much. Needless to say, I highly recommend Symphony to anyone who will listen!

My son was experiencing vomiting due to concussion-related issues, and Jonathan was incredible in helping him recover. He quickly developed a targeted plan with exercises that addressed the problem, and within just a couple of sessions, the symptoms were gone. Jonathan also made the exercises fun and engaging, which made a huge difference for my son. We are so grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and caring approach. Thank you for everything, Jonathan!

Symphony and its collective staff, and office design are 100% geared to people who have experienced Concussions, TBI etc. Without the leadership and professional guidance of Symphony, the head injury journey to recovery would have been scary, lost and confusing. Shout outs specifically to Jonathon and Natasha, however every staff member is excellent and committed to their patients success. Further, the support during the emotional times is incredible. I am very grateful to participate

I have just completed my treatment program at Symphony for my concussion and PCS. The results were nothing short of incredible! I was involved in a MVA where a city bus ran a red light and drove into oncoming traffic, broadsiding my vehicle. For almost a year I have suffered through debilitating headaches, concentration and memory problems, sensitivity to light and balance/coordination issues. I was referred to Symphony by my Physiatrist after many trying months of fighting insurance companies and receiving no treatment for my injuries. Trevor Rutschmann quarterbacked developing my program and treating me over the four months I attended. If you want to finally start feeling better, and are willing to work hard to see results, Trevor is who you want and need. He created a plan focusing on each of my symptoms. We worked hard at resetting and calming my nervous system, we used in office technology to pinpoint deficiencies with my vision and went to war against them. I think the ocular strengthening was the key to me becoming headache free. What a victory! Trevor also incorporated cold laser therapy, balance exercise and worked to improve my focus and memory. It is a hard road but I promise worth the trip! Shout out to Nicole and Tara for always having a smile and great attitude keeping the place running smooth!
