“DO NOT COME HERE FOR DROPPING OFF PACKAGES DO NOT BRING any of your packages. They have no space and he turned down the customer in front of me. He is a smoke shop he clearly has no space then why being a purolator and DHL center. “The most incredibly rude workers at this place. Don't bother dropping off your Purolator return packages to this store, high chance it will just go "missing".”

“I went there to pick up my Purolator package and asked the shop representative for it. He went inside and came back after about 10 minutes, saying they didn’t have my package and told me to check the location. I showed him the Purolator delivery notification, but he rudely replied, “I’m not a liar, Purolator just sends those emails saying delivered, but the package doesn’t actually come.” He was extremely rude and clearly didn’t know how to speak proper English or handle customers. After that, I called Purolator customer care, and they redirected my call to the same shop. As soon as they talked to him, he went inside and got my package in 2 minutes. It’s obvious they were trying to steal people’s packages. They first deny having it and then blame Purolator. I strongly believe they’re doing something illegal there because they looks like under the table stuff(selling something illegal) I highly recommend not going there or giving them any business. “Awesome OUTLET for parcel returns. It's an outlet so you have to make sure u bring ur returns already packaged and labeled. It's not their job to do that FYI. “Person at the desk was really nice and welcoming, we had a little conversation! It was our first time returning Telus equipment since we cancelled their services. “I'm not sure why I never thought about this. I should have left a review years ago. I used to come here as a teenager, from 14 to 19 and odd times here and there if I were in the area. It was my go-to corner store. The owner and everyone he had working for him were always unbelievably nice and friendly. They always had a way to make you walk out with a smile upon your face. If I weren't living in a different province, I'd stop in and personally thank them for always being so kind and thoughtful. Years have gone by, and I couldn't possibly know who he has working there, but im sure they must be as nice as the fellows that were there in my years of going in. “Super efficient and easy returns for Amazon and other retailers. Not sure why other reviews don’t remember to package and print their shipping label before coming and just expect that the store does it for them. Highly recommend them!”
