I’m excited to announce that Stittsville Health & Wellness will be moving to its forever home at 5927 Hazeldean Rd. This change will be effective October 1st 2026 . Please confirm your appointment location with us prior to coming if you are not sure. This change is only for consultations. IV Vitamin Therapy will, for now, remain at 1130 Mill St. in Manotick.
Please note that we require a 48 hour cancellation notice . Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, will be charged the scheduled appointment fee. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Your credit card information is required to be on file in order to secure your appointment time slot. You will not be charged until after your appointment. Your appointment may be cancelled 48hours prior if you are a new patient without a completed intake form or credit card information on file.
