“I cannot recommend Vaidehi highly enough. I have been seeing her for just over 1 months and have noticed considerable improvements. From the very first appointment, it was clear that she is an exceptionally effective practitioner. She took the time to listen and truly understand the issue before creating a targeted plan that started showing improvements right away. Vaidehi is also incredibly kind and caring. She has creates such a supportive environment that I have felt genuinely looked after throughout the entire recovery process. “I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience left me disappointed. I brought my wife in last week, and we were kept waiting 35 minutes past our appointment time. At my age, I value basic courtesy which was not shown here. The staff didn’t seem concerned at all, and no proper apology or explanation was given. “I highly recommend Carp Road Physiotherapy! From the start, the staff was friendly and professional. My physiotherapist listened to my concerns and created a personalized treatment plan that really helped. Each session brought improvement, and I really appreciate the exercises I learned. “My son has had 3 minor injuries healed by 2 great physics here. I'm also impressed by the reception staff. They answer and return phone calls quickly. They also do direct billing. “Love this place. Ive been receiving physio care for several years, but Stittsville Physio has been a godsend. Everything from the ease of coordinating appointments to the fabulous attention afforded by the physiotherapist (Anand).
