“I highly recommend Shivani Tyagi for physiotherapy. A few months ago, I badly twisted my ankle and was on crutches. I honestly didn’t believe physiotherapy could make much of a difference, especially after a disappointing experience elsewhere. However, after my first session with Shivani, my perspective completely changed. She took the time to understand my injury, explained everything clearly, and created the right treatment plan. Her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding. After just five sessions, I recovered fully and am now back to normal. She genuinely put in her best effort to help me heal, and I am very grateful for her support. I would also like to thank Haneen for her excellent customer service. I had to make several appointment changes and cancellations, and she was always patient, helpful, and accommodating. She consistently did her best to make scheduling easy and convenient based on my availability, which I truly appreciated. “This place is the right place to fix any pain you have. Shivani Tyagi has magic hands and she fixed my pain within first session. She is very kind and experienced and exactly knows what to do to relieve my pain. Haneen also was very helpful and kind during my visits. The help they gave me worth way more than five star. What I really appreciate is her approach to long-term care. “Shivani is the Physio Therapist who treated my shoulder and arm pain over a period of 5 weeks in March/April 2026. Shivani has a kind, caring nature and is very knowledgeable in her field. She was very focused and never made me feel rushed. Shivani expertly administered 4 different treatments for my shoulder/arm muscles including: • TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) combined with heat therapy for a non-invasive, drug-free physiotherapy technique using low-voltage electrical currents, delivered via skin-applied electrode pads. • Myofascial Release (MFR) physiotherapy is a specialized manual therapy that uses gentle, sustained pressure to release restrictions in the fascia (connective tissue). Shivani also administered shock wave and cupping therapies to improve circulation, reduce pain, inflammation and muscle tension. Shivani also taught me very simple and effective daily exercises that I can easily do at home to keep my shoulders and arms pain-free so I won’t need to rely on pain meds. After such a short time I am feeling and sleeping better as well as having more energy for my daily activities. Thank you Shivani.
