“Yesterday received A++ service at Spa Utopia for SWEDISH Massage. It is a very luxurious beautiful place. Right away upon entering reception welcomed & helped me get settled after long bus ride. Wonderful to be treated very well in being shown the place & what is available. Since i arrived early they guided to how to get ready with a steam. Delicious treats of dehydrated fruit & tiny muffins I enjoyed pineapple, apricot & prunes with scented H20. Enjoyable surroundings & sound of music with water & seeing the ocean outside readied me for a wonderful massage. There never was any rush. Then Caroline greeted me for my massage. She was perfect in every way & very skilled with removing the tension nots. Very knowledgeable & creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the massage. I highly recommend Caroline's massage of the Swedish style. Ita & Choitka were wonderful in welcoming & completing the payment. “I had a good experience overall at Spa Utopia. Tam was excellent, very skilled and attentive, and the massage was exactly what I needed. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, which really adds to the experience. That said, the locker area was quite disappointing. The lockers felt very outdated and surprisingly small! It honestly felt like stepping back 30 years, which didn’t match the rest of the spa. Considering the pricing, I do think it’s a bit overpriced for what you get overall.”Read moreShow less

“I have been to many spas, and to say the least, this spa can’t compare to others I've visited in this city or around the world. The snack bar is a joke compared to what you're paying for. The spas I go to have a whole fruit bar. The hospitality here is minimal; at other spas, I felt like royalty. Here, I just felt like I was going to a doctor’s appointment. Especially when I spent over 300$, I did not tip at all because it was that bad. There was no hospitality and service and massage was below mediocre. Definitely overpriced and not worth the visit. Save your money if you can. There are better spas in this city with better service, etc.”Read moreShow less

“Overall I would say my experience was okay. The massage service itself was very good with the RMT who was attentive and skilled. However, the facility left more to be desired. Currently pregnant and while they offer pregnancy massage, the rest of the place doesn't have much to offer as steam and sauna are not suitable. So it's just the lounge and a couple small snacks like some nuts and oranges. While hanging out in the lounge, I saw a mouse and notified the staff who came and sprayed around. They said that the mice come from the hotel and that pest control would come in the morning. The facility itself felt clean but I did feel a bit concerned after seeing that.”Read moreShow less

“Beautiful spa with a cozy ambiance. Enjoyed coming in a bit early to relax in the eucalyptus steam room, enjoy snacks and stay in the lounge. Highly recommend their signature tea - it is delicious! “Eugene was fantastic! Extremely professional and attentive, while being warm and proficient. The facilities were also very well maintained, clean, and kept up throughout our entire visit. I left feeling relaxed, brand new, and smelling delicious!”

“Luxury spa located in the Pan Pacific Hotel. Arrive early before your appointment to use their lounge. They have tea, coffee, and dried snacks. I received a manicure from Jean, the head manager of facial and nail department. Their nail colour selection is great. Although my nails did not cure properly, Jean called me personally to invite me back for a new set. I really appreciated this valuable customer service and how this issue was rectified. Ruby did my new set and she was lovely - very kind, meticulous, and thorough. I want to give praise to the dark skinned receptionist with short hair (Sorry, I could not get her name). She was extremely friendly and genuine from when she called me to confirm my appointment to when she took my payment. Overall, a high-class establishment with stellar customer service.
