Booking and fees

  • Advance notice to cancel2 days

    We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 48- hours prior for all services, so we can fill your spot with clients on our wait list that would love to come visit us.

  • Deposit to book

    As of June 1st 2023, all appointments for NEW clients/ clients with a history of no-shows/last minute cancellations will require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee that will be used towards your service.

  • Arriving late shortens the visit20 or more minutes late

    If you are 20 or more minutes late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients, but will receive a shortened service so it will not affect our punctual clients.

  • Fee for a missed appointment

    If you are a no-show without notice on the day of your appointment, you will lose (1) session from your massage package, forfeiture of your deposit for missing your appointment you are still responsible for your appointment until confirmation has been given by staff.

  • Payment before the visit

    12 sessions for 10% discount of regular rate when paid in advance.
