Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 fee. Missed appointments will be charged the full fee. Exceptions may apply—please contact the office or your psychologist for more details.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS:
*You are considered a first time client even if you are the parent of a current minor client, the child of a current adult client, are already coming in as a couple but want to book individually, or a current individual client wanting to book in for couple’s sessions.
Please do not book using another family member’s name or account.
CURRENT CLIENTS: When booking your appointment, please keep the following in mind:
Choose your preferred session type (virtual or in-person).
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Avoid bringing extra people to wait during the session.
If you’re feeling unwell:
Please stay home. You can switch to a virtual session by letting us know in advance.
Payment is due at the time of session.
